Liberty Administration and PTSA Celebrating Teacher Week!

My sincere compliments and praise to all the "elves" who worked so hard to make "Teacher Appreciation Week" such a success! After having come from a school where the SGA brought in one tray of cookies one day out of the week and calling that demonstrating appreciation-- I think they need a trip to Liberty to learn some lessons! There was something very special every day from breakfast to lunch to treats in mail boxes to gift certificates (I even won one of these!) and it demonstrated to me a lot of work done by a lot of wonderful people both in school and community who appreciate what we as teachers do on a daily basis. It takes hours of planning, purchasing and organizing events like the week we celebrated. My appreciation to each of you for this celebration!... and while I am passing out compliments...Thanks to everyone of you for making my first year at Liberty High School such a warm and inviting time. I feel so blessed to have already made many good friends and look forward to learning to know more of you in the years to come. Drop over to 213 and say hi! any time, there is always something exciting happening!
